To start Whiskers N Paws Subscription Order, customers simply need to choose the product they want to subscribe to. Above the add to cart button, they will find a subscription option with details of the benefits.

Modify: Customers have the flexibility to pause/skip the next order, change the quantity or type of product, add a one-time purchase, change the delivery frequency, change the delivery address, and update the billing card.

Cancel: Customers can choose to cancel anytime after the first three deliveries. You could modify and cancel your subscription

• To cancel early: Early cancellations are only considered under exceptional circumstances. Please contact us via WhatsApp at 96966200 (handled on a case-by-case basis). If approved, past orders will be recalculated at standard one-time prices, and the discount difference will be charged back.

Delivery fees for subscription orders are the same as regular one-time purchases. Subscription orders total amount over $300 (after discounts) qualify for free delivery. Otherwise, a $50 delivery charge applies.
