What is VIPaws Club?

VIPaws Club is our exclusive loyalty program created for WNP customers to enjoy more perks while shopping for their pets. Members can earn points, unlocktier-based benefits, and access exclusive rewards and experiences.

How do customers join?

Customers can join VIPaws Club by creating a WNP account at www.wnp.com.hk/account/register. Those who already have an existing WNP account are automatically enrolled in the programme. To start earning points and enjoying rewards, customers must ensure they are signed in to their account before making a purchase.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Membership is completely free.

What do customers receive upon joining?

New members receive Welcome Points and gain immediate access to member-only promotions and event invitations.

How do members earn points?

  • Online purchases on Whiskers N Paws online store (wnp.com.hk) including product subscriptions.
  • In-store purchases at the Whiskers N Paws Ap Lei Chau or The LOHAS retail stores.
  • Selected activities such as sharing product reviews, or following WNP on social media.

When are points awarded for a purchase?

The crediting of VIPaws Points is subject to the following conditions:

  • Online Store & Subscriptions Orders: Points are credited only after the order has been successfully fulfilled (e.g. delivered).
  • Retail Store Purchases: Points are credited to the member's VIPaws loyalty account instantly upon the completion of the transaction.

Are there any purchases that are excluded from earning points?

VIPaws Points are not issued for purchases that are primarily charitable or service-based in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, Paws for Good subscriptions, charity pledges, Self-Dog Wash and workshops.

How can members earn points by leaving product reviews?

Members can earn VIPaws points by sharing feedback on products they have purchased through official product review invitations. Here’s how it works:

  • Members who have made a purchase may periodically receive a product review invitation via email.
  • To earn points, members must use the unique link provided within the invitation email to submit a product review.
  • Once a submitted review is verified by the system, the corresponding points will be automatically credited to the member's VIPaws account.
  • To be eligible for points, reviews must be submitted through the link in the official review invitation emails. Reviews left directly on the product page using the "Write a Review" function are not eligible for points, even if the member has purchased the product.
  • Review invitations are sent on a selective and randomized basis by the system. Not every member or every purchase will receive an invitation, and invitations may not include all products from an order.

How do members redeem points?

  • VIPaws Points may be redeemed for shopping coupons, both online and in-store.
  • At checkout, select an available coupon if you have accumulated enough VIPaws Points.
  • Up to four coupon values can be available for redemption.

Redemption Rules

  • To use redeemed coupons, a minimum spend of HK$300 is required.
  • Redeemed coupons cannot be used on promotional or discounted products.

How do tiers work?

VIPaws Club has 3 tiers:

  • Pal: Entry tier upon joining
  • Bestie: Achieved with HK$2,000 net spend in the past 12 months
  • Soulmate: Achieved with HK$10,000 net spend in the past 12 months

How is my tier calculated and maintained?

  • Rolling 12 Months: Tier status is based on your total net spend over the past 12 months.
  • Tier Progression: Qualify for the next tier by reaching the required spend amount at any point within a 12-month period.
  • Maintenance: To keep your tier, you must maintain the required spend threshold during each rolling 12-month period.
  • If your spending falls below your tier threshold within 12 months, your tier will be adjusted accordingly.

How to check member tier and points balance?

Log in to the WNP account and visit the VIPaws Loyalty Club page to view the current tier, points balance, and available rewards.

Do points expire?

  • Points expire if your account is inactive (no purchases) for 12 consecutive Months.
  • Expired Points will be removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Are points transferable?

No. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

VIPaws Club T&Cs

The VIPaws Club is a tier-based programme in which benefits increase with customer engagement and spending.

Details on Earning and Redeeming Points, Tier Progression Rewards, and Shopping Privileges:

  • Points are awarded and can be redeemed with purchases at Whiskers N Paws, available both online (wnp.com.hk) and at retail stores.
  • Points are awarded based on the net transaction amount (after discounts, excluding shipping, refunds, or adjustments).
  • A minimum transaction amount of HK$300 is necessary to use shopping discounts redeemed from VIPaws points.
  • The tier progression reward coupons are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued and sent, and will automatically expire if not used. The coupons are only applicable with a minimum spend of $300.
  • Shopping discounts redeemed through VIPaws points are not valid on promotional or already discounted products.
  • Tier benefits are based on the level achieved and will either be credited directly to your WNP account or issued as a coupon code sent to the email address registered in your member profile.
  • Shopping coupons received during tier upgrades can only be used with a minimum purchase of HK$300.
