To begin, the team's founders decided to try to figure out what exactly pet parents were looking for when seeking out cleaning products and the answer was simple — pet owners wanted products that work, are quick, easy-to-use and safe for their pets, family and home.

Their products embody the most modern, powerful and environmentally-friendly solutions available without sacrificing cleaning or deodorizing capabilities. Every product is eco-friendly, biodegradable, cruelty free and non-toxic. Their current goal is to motivate a culture of aware consumers by educating customers about the individual impact they can create through conscious-consumerism — everyone can make a difference!

Delivery Date and Method Options
You can choose your preferred delivery date up to 2 weeks in advance:- Small to Mid-Size Orders (below 10kg): You can select your preferred delivery method, either SF Express or WNP drivers.
- Large Orders (above 10kg): Delivered by WNP drivers.
- SF Express delivery are taking place daily from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- WNP drivers delivery are taking place on selected days depending on your district from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Suitable date can be selected through a calendar during checkout.
Pickup Option

The LOHAS Store: Same-day (after 5:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).

The Ap Lei Chau Store: Same-day (after 3:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).
Note: We apologize, but we are not currently able to offer Sunday, Public Holiday and International delivery.
