SF Express delivery are taking place daily from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
WNP drivers delivery are taking place on selected days depending on your district from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
Suitable date can be selected through a calendar during checkout.

Pickup Option

The LOHAS Store: Same-day (after 5:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).
The Ap Lei Chau Store: Same-day (after 3:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).

Great food but short shelf life

"The food itself is great. My extremely picky dog loves it. I brought a pack of sample elsewhere and brought another larger package here from WnP. However the pack from WnP has a shelf life less than 6 months but the CS said I can return and refund with delivery on my own cost. I had several purchase from WnP before and one time the package of food if filled with bugs. Frankly I do not dare to buy food from here if I have another choice , as one of the largest pet supply here in hk their service is disappointing !!"
