About Pioneer Pet
Pioneer Pet was conceived with the unique mission to provide products that are specifically designed to enhance the quality of life for pets by providing for their behavioral needs. It especially wanted to deter pet parents from declawing their cats, as this is a cruel procedure. The Ultimate Scratching Post was born after that and thus SmartCat® began.
In 2009 the company branched out to become Pioneer Pet Products®. They did so to extend their quality designs and construction into a wider range of products. In 2012 they acquired the brand Sticky Paws®, a tactile tape that deters cats from scratching inappropriate surfaces. Sticky Paws® aligns perfectly with the Pioneer Pet® brand by helping cat owners to tame behaviors in the home without taking away cats' natural instincts.
Pioneer Pet continues to provide superior products that will improve the quality of life for pets and their guardians. All of their products are designed by behavior experts, as well as thoroughly tested and approved before reaching the market.

Delivery Date and Method Options
You can choose your preferred delivery date up to 2 weeks in advance:- Small to Mid-Size Orders (below 10kg): You can select your preferred delivery method, either SF Express or WNP drivers.
- Large Orders (above 10kg): Delivered by WNP drivers.
- SF Express delivery are taking place daily from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- WNP drivers delivery are taking place on selected days depending on your district from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Suitable date can be selected through a calendar during checkout.
Pickup Option

The LOHAS Store: Same-day (after 5:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).

The Ap Lei Chau Store: Same-day (after 3:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).
