About Pioneer Pet
Pioneer Pet was conceived with the unique mission to provide products that are specifically designed to enhance the quality of life for pets by providing for their behavioral needs. Delivery Date and Method Options
You can choose your preferred delivery date up to 2 weeks in advance:- Small to Mid-Size Orders (below 10kg): You can select your preferred delivery method, either SF Express or WNP drivers.
- Large Orders (above 10kg): Delivered by WNP drivers.
- SF Express delivery are taking place daily from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- WNP drivers delivery are taking place on selected days depending on your district from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Suitable date can be selected through a calendar during checkout.
Pickup Option

The LOHAS Store: Same-day (after 5:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).

The Ap Lei Chau Store: Same-day (after 3:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).
