Sanchoku is the Japanese philosophy of food and produce being ‘direct from the source’, marrying quality produce with care for animals and the environment. Sanchoku Wagyu is raised to this philosophy, and blends thoroughbred Japanese wagyu genetics with Australian animal husbandry.
Beyond gastronomy, this meat contains high monounsaturated fats, specifically Oleic Acid, which is linked to improved heart health and cholesterol levels. [Ap Lei Chau Store] Same-day pickup in store is available after 3:30pm for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon). Orders placed after 12 PM will be ready for pickup after 3:30pm on the next day.
