How RC Pets started is a funny story. The founder Rory Carr began his entrepreneurship in 1986 when he began making products for skiers and snowboarders who play in Canada's rugged mountains. Nine years later, Rory realized that he mistakenly ordered 10,000 instead of 100 yards of nylon webbing for ski straps. Hate to see them go to waste, Rory decided to use the tough, dependable webbing to make dog leashes and collars. That was how Rory got involved in the pet business in 1995.
Needless to say, RC Pets took off rapidly as its products proved to be sturdy and reliable. From dog collars and harnesses designed for the big wanderer, to coats and sweaters made especially for those little buddies who feel the chill, RC Pets can always add something extra special to your unique pet/guardian relationship.

Delivery Date and Method Options
You can choose your preferred delivery date up to 2 weeks in advance:- Small to Mid-Size Orders (below 10kg): You can select your preferred delivery method, either SF Express or WNP drivers.
- Large Orders (above 10kg): Delivered by WNP drivers.
- SF Express delivery are taking place daily from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- WNP drivers delivery are taking place on selected days depending on your district from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Suitable date can be selected through a calendar during checkout.
Pickup Option

The LOHAS Store: Same-day (after 5:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).

The Ap Lei Chau Store: Same-day (after 3:30pm) pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).
