"Ordered this dog food from wnp, the product was arrived at the address after 2 days of purchase. Received driver's phone call. Told driver that there will not be anyone at home and they can leave the product at the doorstep. Received WhatsApp message from wnp hotline saying that phone call from delivery man was not picked up and with a very unclear photo of the item. I asked wnp hotline to give me a clearer photo of the product at the doorstep but failed to do so. Hotline said the uncleared picture was sent by the driver and the hotline just simply forward the pic to me without hesitation. Normal human with brains will distinguish if the photo was good or not. I asked the hotline how do I know if the product at the doorstep is the one which was ordered? They don't even have a clue. Please see attachments"
