Terms and Conditions for In-store Pickup at WNP Retail Locations
Thank you for choosing Whiskers N Paws. We are pleased to offer our customers the convenience of in-store pickup at our retail locations. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Service Days: Pickup service is available everyday.

Cut-off Time: WNP online store orders with the【In-store Pickup】fulfilment method selected, must be paid before 12:00pm in order to be eligible for same-day in-store pickup. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be available for pickup the following day.

Pickup Time: Orders placed before 12:00pm can be collected the same day after 5:30pm at『The LOHAS store』 or after 3:30pm at the『Ap Lei Chau store』. / Orders placed after 12:00pm will be ready the next day after 5:30pm at『The LOHAS store』 or after 3:30pm at the『Ap Lei Chau store』.

Pickup Location: Orders with the【In-store Pickup】fulfilment method selected, can be collected at our retail stores in『The LOHAS Shopping Mall』or『Ap Lei Chau Horizon Plaza』, after selecting the respective store as the pickup location on the cart page during checkout.

Pickup Notification: Customers will be notified via email when their order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification. If the order is not picked up within 3 days, the goods will be returned and a restocking fee of $50 will be charged.

Product Availability: While we make every effort to ensure product availability, there may be instances where certain items are out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

Returns for Exchange: Orders may be returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
