Redemption of Pet Fragrance Mist: The Fefe Pet Fragrance Mist will be redeemed together with the 1-to-1 session. If you need to redeem separately, please contact our customer service and remark. The Fragrance Mist can be redeemed at either ALC or Lohas store locations. Please present your online order number to our staff for redemption confirmation.

Store Hours: The Fefe Pet Fragrance Mist is available for redemption during the store's opening hours. The 1-to-1 grooming session must be scheduled according to the booking made online.
