Official Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion and Registration Period

  • Promotion Period: The promotion begins on 13 August 2026 and ends on 12 September 2026 at 23:59 (Hong Kong Time).

  • Registration Period: The registration period begins on 13 August 2026 and ends on 13 September 2026 at 23:59 (Hong Kong Time).

2. Eligibility and Entry Methods

  • During the Promotion Period, VIPaws members can earn lucky draw entries based on their spending amount in a single net transaction at Whiskers N Paws retail stores or the online store.

  • Eligibility is calculated on a single-receipt basis.

  • Participants must log in to their VIPaws member account on the official Whiskers N Paws website (www.wnp.com.hk) before proceeding with the registration.

  • For online purchases, participants must successfully complete the registration on the official Whiskers N Paws website prior to making an eligible transaction.

  • For offline retail store purchases, participants must complete the registration after making an eligible purchase. Registration must be completed via the designated link: https://www.wnp.com.hk/pages/sign-up-luxes-summer-lucky-draw.

  • To confirm participation, participants must provide the English letter(s) and first 4 digits of their Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) number (e.g. A1234) for verification purposes and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  • The participant's name and phone number will also be collected through their registered VIPaws Member Record for the purposes of this promotion.

  • Any duplicate entries using the same receipt will result in disqualification.

  • Each VIPaws member account is limited to one (1) registration during the entire Promotion Period, and only one (1) eligible receipt may be used for the registration.

  • Participants can earn a maximum of two (2) lucky draw entries per receipt and per VIPaws account throughout the Promotion Period.

Level 1: Receive one (1) lucky draw entry upon a single net transaction of HK$500 to HK$999.

Level 2: Receive two (2) lucky draw entries upon a single net transaction of HK$1,000 or above.

Note: Receipts cannot be combined. Once a VIPaws account has accumulated two (2) lucky draw entries, any subsequent purchases during the Promotion Period will not grant additional entries.

4. Draw Mechanism & Results Announcement

  • The lucky draw will be conducted on 21 September 2026 at 15:00 at the Whiskers N Paws corporate venue.

  • Winners will be selected randomly by a computer system.

  • Maximum One Prize Per Person: Each participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize only, regardless of the number of entries they hold. If a participant is drawn more than once, only the first prize drawn will be awarded, and a redraw will be conducted for the subsequent prizes to ensure 15 unique winners.

  • The lucky draw results will be published in The Standard (English) and Sing Tao Daily (Chinese) on 28 September 2026.

  • Winners will also be notified individually via email or phone within seven (7) working days after the draw.

5. Prize Redemption

  • Winners must claim their prizes in person at a designated Whiskers N Paws location within the specified redemption period.

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Privacy and Personal Data Handling

  • The Company ensures that all personal data collected for this Campaign, including the participant's name, phone number, and partial HKID numbers, will be handled properly and securely destroyed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong.

7. General Terms

  • Whiskers N Paws Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and the validity of any entry.
