Terms and Conditions for Same-day In-store Pickup at Retail Location
Thank you for choosing Whiskers N Paws. We are pleased to offer our customers the convenience of same-day in-store pickup at our retail locations. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Cut-off Time: Online orders must be placed before 12pm in order to be eligible for same-day in-store pickup. Orders placed after 12pm will be available for pickup the following day.

Service Days: Pickup service is available everyday.

Pickup Time: Same-day pickup orders will be available for pickup after 5:30pm on the day of purchase.

Pickup Location: Customers may pickup their orders at our retail store in The LOHAS Shopping Mall.

Pickup Notification: Customers will be notified via email when their order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification. If the order is not picked up within 3 days, the goods will be returned and a restocking fee of $50 will be charged.

Product Availability: While we make every effort to ensure product availability, there may be instances where certain items are out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

Returns for Exchange: Orders may be returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
