Terms & Conditions for Paw-ty Set x Furbies:
- • Paw-ty Set includes one trip delivery at request date & time upon booking. Delivery service excludes outlying islands, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.
- • Please inform our paw-ty specialist upon booking if your furry friends have any food allergies.
- • 7 working days advance ordering is required.
- • Full payment is required to confirm the order.
- • 5 working days cancellation or notice of change is required, refund is not accepted if notice is made within 5 working days.
- • Delivery service may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or other uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during black rainstorm warning, or the hoisting of typhoon signal no.8 or above.
- • Whiskers N Paws reserves the right of all final decisions in case of any disputes.
