Welcome to our online grooming booking system. Before you proceed with making a reservation, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
1.1. If a customer cancels or reschedules a grooming booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a compensation fee of HK$100 will apply, and it is non-refundable.
1.2. Cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted through the online platform or by contacting our customer support team.
2.1. If a customer fails to show up for the scheduled grooming appointment without prior cancellation, a no-show fee of HK$100 will be charged, and it is non-refundable.
2.2. The no-show fee will be automatically charged to the credit card or payment method provided during booking.
3.1. The booking status will be considered provisional until the company confirms the grooming appointment.
3.2. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer only after the company verifies the availability and confirms the grooming appointment.
3.3. In the event that the chosen time slot is unavailable, the company will attempt to offer alternative options or refund any payment made.
4.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information during the booking process.
4.2. Customers must ensure their pets are available and ready for grooming at the scheduled appointment time.
4.3. Any changes or rescheduling requests should be communicated to the company well in advance and are subject to availability.
5.1. The company shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
Modification of Terms:
6.1. The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
6.2. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms via email or other appropriate means.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our online grooming booking system.

How much does grooming cost?
Grooming costs depend on the type & size of breed. Please contact our pet care team at email@example.com with contact form or give us a call on 2552 6200 and we will be able to help you with your enquiry. Please allow at least 1 week for advanced booking, so that we can give your furry friend the one-on-one attention they deserve.
What services are included in grooming?
We provide both Mini-Groom & Full-Groom to suit your preferences. You can find further details on what is included on our Grooming page to choose which service is best for your pooch.
How do I book a grooming session?
Give us a call on 2552 6200 or visit our Grooming Services page to make a grooming appointment for your dog. Because we believe that the grooming experience should be as happy and fun as possible for your pet, we do not accept a great number of appointments each day. This means that your pet is given gentle, individual attention so that he/she does not feel rushed or anxious. Please call us one week in advance to make sure we have your preferred time slot.
How long does a grooming session take?
As a general rule of thumb, we need 1.5 - 2 hours to groom a small dog, 2 - 3 hours for a medium dog and up to 3.5 - 4 hours for a large dog. Bear in mind that a puppy, senior and first time dog may require more time because extra TLC is needed. Please let us know if your pet falls into these categories at the time of booking so that we can make plans to ensure that these special visitors feel extra comfortable.
How often does my dog need grooming?
This depends on the type of breed you have and the type of coat. Regular grooming can be done about once a month, but if your pet also has long nails and their fur is matted, we recommend your pet to go in for a grooming session. You can choose from a Mini-Groom or Full-Groom. Find further details on what services are included for each on our Grooming page. Your pet will also need to empty their anal gland from time to time to prevent discomfort.
How do I know when to excrete the anal gland of my dog?
To avoid discomfort, we recommend anal glands to be emptied on a regular basis. The frequency can differ between individual dogs. Signs to notice are if you dog sits down a lot or is dragging it bottom along the floor due to the weight. Our professional groomers will check your pet during grooming. Anal gland expressing is included for both Mini Groom and Full Groom Services.
