Processing Time
To help us process and pack your order in time, please place your order at least 1 business day before your area’s scheduled delivery day.
If your designated delivery day falls on a public holiday, we will call to make alternate delivery arrangements for the earliest possible business day so that you are never out of food, litter, chews and toys.
Receiving Deliveries
We understand there are times when you cannot wait for your delivery at home and request that your oder be left at your doorstep. Please remember we are not responsible for what happens to your order once we deliver it to either your doorstep or management office.
You credit card will not be charged until we process your order.
*When purchasing larger items, please be aware that there may be assembly required. Although we are happy to answer any questions regarding these products, we do not offer an assembly service for our goods unless specified.
*If you live in a building without a lift, we will charge HK$20 per floor starting from the third floor. The floor charge is to be paid at the point of sale, and we reserve the right to not deliver goods without payment for this service.
