Processing Time
To help us process and pack your order in time, please place your order at least 1 business day before your area’s scheduled delivery day.
If your designated delivery day falls on a public holiday, we will call to make alternate arrangements to deliver your order on the earliest possible business day so that you are never out of food, litter, chews and toys.
Receiving Deliveries
We understand that there are times when you cannot wait for your delivery at home. Please remember that we cannot accept responsibility for your order if we are instructed to leave it at your doorstep or at the management office.
You credit card will not be charged until we process your order.
*Please be sure that when purchasing larger items, there may be assembly required. Although we are happy to answer any questions regarding these products, we do not offer an assembly service for any of our goods.
*If you live in a building without a lift, we will charge HK$20 per floor starting from the third floor. The floor charge is to be paid at the point of sale, and we reserve the right to not deliver goods without payment for this service.
